Alison Hesketh

BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship).

I worked as a Primary Deputy Head Teacher until summer 2011 where I was also Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) and Inclusion Manager. My responsibility included ensuring provision for all children to receive a broad and balanced curriculum and supporting gifted and talented children to achieve their full potential.

Prior to this I enjoyed a wide experience of teaching in various schools in West Kent.

As a KEY STAGE 2 leader I taught years 3 to 6 with a focus on years 5 and 6 for 11 plus and KS2 SATs.
I have been a KS2 English SATs external marker since 2006, consistently achieving a high rating for my marking.

I have been delivering private tuition for 11 plus, Common Entrance and KS2 with excellent success rates and very positive feedback from both students and parents.

thank you
